OneEarWillie Honey

I am often asked to "show off" my bees, to small groups such as an elementary school class or a girl-scout troop.  This is alway an enjoyable time.

Children (of all ages) are excited to learn about honey bees, beekeeping, and facts about honey and how it is harvested.

The observation hive is always a big hit... everyone enjoys a close up look at my busy bees.  A lucky few might even spot the the queen bee as she hurries about, laying eggs.

Students are able to participate in many hands on demonstrations such as harvesting fresh honey... and of course, everyone's favorite, tasting the honey.
